Lipsi is a quiet island that is still outside the large tourist mainstream. It is a very small with white white washed little houses and churches, and motor and car circulation is minimal. The largest part of everyday life evolves around the island's little port; during the day you can enjoy the spectacle of the fishermen catching octopus that will be consumed the same evening in the island's tavernas! The size of the island is such that you will not need a car because you can cover most distances on foot, motorbikes or the coach of the municipality.
The only settlement on the island located in the middle of the island, is the village of Lipsi. Behind the harbour spreads the scenic village of Lipsi with white houses and blue doors and windows. In the centre of the village is the church of St. John Theologos with the blue dome. Other regions of the island are those of Kouselio, Katsadia and Kamares. The island has numerous beautiful beaches such as those of Platys Gialos, Liendou, Katsadia, Chochlakoura and many others.
It is a newly built house (new construction - 2009) within the settlement of Lipsi built on a small hill and offering panoraming views of the port. It is 80 sq. m. and it is built in a 500m land plot (all around). The house has a garden, garage, storeroom, veranda.
