 The house is newly built (2007) according to the local architecture. Villa Evi is next to the beautiful building of the Town Hall - one of the island's best spots. It is a fully equipped and furnished 64 sq. meter house comprising of two floors. It is ideal for a 4 people family or 2 couples.
All shops, taverns, beaches are within walking distance.
 FIRST FLOOR:
Open space kitchen-living room, balcony with an excellent view of the settlement and the sea. There is a convertible couch (becomes a double bed) in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with built in Italian brand appliances (refrigerator, oven, microwave).
SECOND FLOOR:
An internal wooden staircase leads to the other floor (basement) where there is one bedroom with a double bed and a large balcony. There is also a bathroom.
The house has 2 air condition units, hi-fi, dvd, TV and lots of electrical appliances such as hair dryer, boiler, cofee maker, etc. . |
