VILLA ILIAS consists of two upstairs apartments and a studio at ground level. It is an old Chalki house built on a hill side overlooking the harbor.
APARTMENTS: The entrance is through a garden area to the shaded terrace of the apartments.The doorway leads into a large bed/sitting room with a kitchen on one side. There are twin beds, a dining table and an "all in one" kitchen unit with a sink, a refrigerator and heating elements.Stairs lead up onto a large mousandra bed platform with a double bed. The bathroom is off the twin sleeping area.Each apartment has its own balcony.
STUDIO (ideal for 2 people): The entrance is from the private terrace at the front of the building and leads into a large, open bed/sitting room with twin beds.The kitchen/dining area is at one side of room and has an "all in one" unit with a refrigerator, a sink and heating elements.The terrace at the front is very large with a table, chairs and views over the town and the harbor.
