VILLA OCEANOC is a traditionally stone-built Villa on the hill of Grikos beach that offers magnificent panoramic views of both Petra and Grikos gulfs from all of its main spaces (bedrooms, verandas, garden).
VILLA OCEANOS which is built in total respect to the Patmian architecture (the architectural beauty of its capital - Chora - has made it one of UNESCO's world heritage sites), consists of a house and an independent studio, both furnished with traditional, hand-made furniture and decorated with art pieces.

KOCHYLI RESIDENCE is a 2storey, 90 sq.m. traditional stone built villa which can sleep 2 - 5 persons. It consists of 2 bedrooms with their private balcony each, 2 W.C.'s, a fully equipped kitchen, a very large private veranda with two chaises-longes, a large wooden dining table and stone-built couches with magnificent sea view from every room to the gulf of Groikos and to the bay of Petra. |
The house disposes of air condition, LCD TV SATELITE, DVD, CD, MP3 PLAYER, HOME CINEMA, WiFi internet, hair dryer, coffee machine. Cleanliness is offered daily (in price of rental) and change of sheets/towels is offered twice a week. Parking space available.
We may also arrange for you daily excursions with private boats to nearby paradise islands.

VOTSALO STUDIO is 25 sq. m. and ideal for 2-4 persons. It is a large room with a big built bed and couch,a traditional wooden kitchen fully equipped to cook your meals and prepare a nice breakfast which you may enjoy inside on a round table or outside under the shady pergola facing the flowered garden and the gulf of Groikos and Petra, the nicest bays of the island! |

The house is in only 3 minutes walking distance from the bay of Groikos,one of the priced top 100 bays of the world where you may spend your whole day between many tavernas, fancy restaurants and cafes.Groikos beach is the longest of the island with crystal clear waters and tamarisk trees for shade.
Walking a few more minutes you reach the Petra Bay ,a very quiet beach with a huge rock (Petra) at the one end,from which ,as they say, comes all the energy of the island.There are natural stairs from which you may climb at the top of the rock and face all the ocean like Ageas did waiting for his son ........ A few more steps away are numerous of small - private bays where if you wish you may find one to be even alone!
So, keep walking you may reach Diakoftis, the narrowest place of Patmos, where a short piece of land divides the east from the west cost of the island. At Diakoftis you will find a traditional shipyard (Tarsanas in Greek) with a very nice restaurant. |
