Traditional cottage house dating back to the 19th century and located at a distance of 300m from the sea. The house is situated in the valley of Lefkes between Skala port (5' from there) and Kambos. Relaxation and quietness quaranteed!

The house is pleasant and very cool as its walls are very thick stone walls. Its total surface is 120sq.m., it is built on two floors and consists of 6 rooms: 1 kitchen, 1 living room and 4 bedrooms, plus a bathroom.
The kitchen is fully equipped (cooking utensils, refrigrerator, cooker), there are 3 bedrooms upstairs (all of them with double bed) and one bedroom downstairs with a single bed. The bathroom is detached and right next to the house!

The house is 300m from Lefkes beach but even Agriolivadi, one of the best beaches of Patmos can be reached by a 15' walk.

The house can easily accommodate 2 families and it is surrounded by many terraces allowing one to choose the sun or a cool shade.

It is surrounded by 8000 sq.m. of land which ensures tranquillity. The fields offer seasonal fruits and vegetables (figs, grapes, melons, tomatoes, peppers, zucchini…) which the land keeper will definitely offer you!
