Groikos Villa is a stone built house on the lovely beach of Groikos on Patmos island. Ideal for a family of four, it is situated a mere 50m from the beach! The house disposes of a large veranda with table and chairs that offers magnificent sea views. It also disposes of a lovely garden with sunbeds, sun umbrella, table, barbecue and exterior shower!
The house is fully AIR CONDITIONED and disposes of:
two independent bedrooms - one with a double bed and the other with a single and a bunk beds
fully equipped kitchen
separate dining area (with table and chairs)
bathroom with shower
air condition (in both bedrooms)
TV (in double bedded bedroom)
private parking space
house cleanliness every 3 days (change of sheets and towels) are included in rental price
