COUNTRY HOUSE is an old, entirely renovated countryhouse situated in Arkassa in one acre land plot full of lemon, fig and banana trees!

The beautiful beach of Arkassa is right in front of the house ( 5' wal), the village is 3' away on foot whilst the town is 18 kms away.

It is an ideal holiday retreat for those seeking absolute quietness, peacefulness and the type of holidays not easily found anymore... and for windsurf lovers as the bay of Afiartis, Karpathos' surfing paradise, is 10 kms. away!

This countryhouse has been renovated into a 55 sq. m. open space house with a traditional Karpathian wooden "sofa" (elevated double bed platform) that sleeps two persons, a stone-built one person bed and a bathroom. There is also a kitchenette corner (refrigerator, mini oven with hobs and cooking utensils).
It is ideal for 3 persons but can also accommodate an extra person as there is a foldable single bed.

The house disposes of a traditional chimney and a stonebuilt couch right in front of the house from where you will admire a panoramic view of the sea and the beautiful sunsets - on the other side, the house offers mountain views.

The location of the house is very quiet and cool and right in front of the house there is a large, one acre yard planted garden, from where all guests are more than welcome to enjoy fruits and vegetables during their stay!

COUNTRYHOUSE is just perfect for those who want to spend a vacation away from the stress of modern living in a peaceful environment!
