VILLA HIONA offers two types of apartments :
- Deluxe split-level (100 m ² ) - (Studio 1, Studio 2)
- Superior split-level (70 m² ) - (Studio 3, Studio 4, Studio 5)

Studio 1 and 2 are the two studios that were built form the original HIONA - the storage house for the sponges.
- They are large apartments consisting each of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen and a bathroom downstairs in a 75 m². area.
- The loft bedroom is up the internal staircase and is about 20 m².
It has two single beds, an antique closet and an air-conditioner. It has unique views onto the studio and onto the sea, from above.
- The downstairs area consists of two sofas, a fully-equipped kitchen with a stove, a water-boiler, a fridge and pots, pans and cutlery.

Studios 3 - 4 - 5 are large apartments consisting each of a living room,
a
fully-equipped kitchen and bathroom downstairs in a
50 m² area.
The loft bedroom is up the internal staircase and is around 20 m².
- The bedroom has two single beds, an antique closet and an air-conditioner. It has unique views onto the studio and onto the sea, from above.
- The downstairs area consists of two sofas, a fully-equipped kitchen with a stove, a water-boiler, a fridge and pots, pans and cutlery.
- The apartments open out onto the balcony, which is literally on top of the water.
- On the balcony, each studio has its own table, two chairs, an umbrella and two chaises longues.
- It is ideal place for relaxation, since you don't even have to leave your house but can make coffee, or lunch and just transport it outside to eat overlooking the water.!!!!
