VILLA FTENAGIA is located on one of the most beautiful places of Chalki - right on Ftenaghia beach. Built in absolute respect to the local architectural traditional, VILLA FTENAGIA is 180m from the main settlement of Chalki and only 20m from the beach.

A municipal mini-bus has 5 daily schedules from and to Ftenaghia beach as well as to the more remote spots of the island. Ftenagia beach is an organized beach, extremely peaceful and clean - with a traditional Greek tavern. The house is built in a vast, amphitheatric land plot with beautiful gardens built on 3 levels. VILLA FTENAGIA dominates as it is built on the highest level and is surrounded by spacious verandas with pergolas, bamboo sitting out set, chaisses-longues. The views from any area of the house are exquisite. The house can sleep up to 6 persons.

The house disposes of 2 bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom. The first bedroom is located on the ground floor and consists of a double bed, a large closet with a mirror and a wooden closet. The second bedroom which is like an attic, has 2 single beds and a large closet. The living room has a sofa (converts into double bed), dining table, HiFi, DVD, TV and air condition unit. The kitchen is fully equipped (refrigerator, over, coffee-maker boiler, hair dryer, etc). The bathroom has a shower and patio furniture.
