VILLA EVI is a newly built house in perfect accordance to the local architectural tradition. It is locally in an ideal spot - right next to the magnificent Municipality building of Chalki 5' on foot from all shops, taverns, etc.

It is a fully equipped and furnished house of 65 sq. meters comprising of two floors. On one floor is the open space kitchen-living room and the balcony which disposes of a magnificent panoramic view of the settlement and the port. In the living room there is a sofa that converts into a double bed. An interior staircase leads to the second floor where one will find a bedroom with a double bed and a large veranda.

The house disposes of 2 air condition units, HiFi, DVD, TV and a fully equipped kitchen. In the basic equipment are included a hair dryer, a boiler, a coffee-maker, etc. The house is ideal for a 4 person family or 2 couples.
