Right on the most picturesque beach of Chalki, Ftenagia beach, are located 3 houses that will operate this summer for the first time. They are built amphitheatrically on a lovely spot on the SE side of Chalki, just a few meteres away from the beach and very close to Nimborios (the island's main settlement and port).

The houses were built using the region's local stone and according to the traditional architectural style of Chalki island. The spacious stone-paved verandas where one can spend endless hours admiring the boundless blue of the Aegean sea, make the stay in COCHILI VILLAS an unforgettable one!

Each house is "split" into two totally independent maisonette type apartments. Each maisonette has two bedrooms. On the ground level there is an open space living room - kitchen area with a couch, a dining area, a large refrigerator, a fully equipped kitchen, a WC and a bedroom with a double bed and closet with mirror. A minimal style staircase leads to the attic which is used as a second bedroom as it has two single beds.

Just a few meters from the houses, right on the beach, there is a Greek traditional tavern.
One can very easily go to Nimborios either from a seaside path connecting the beach to the port or with the municipal mini buses that make have 5 daily schedules to and from Ftenagia beach and to all other areas of Chalki.
