the island during Orthodox Easter to taste the traditional stuffed
with rice lamb, and don't miss the August 23rd local feast in
honour of Virgin Mary - locals celebrate it with lots of dancing!
Agathonissi
can be reached via the neighbouring islands of Leros, Patmos,
Lipsi, Samos and Chios - in the summer there are daily boat connections
from these islands to Agathonissi.
